POLICY AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE SITE OR USING ANY SERVICE. BY ACCESSING THE SITE, USER AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS POLICY AGREEMENT. IF USER DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, USER MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE HEREAFTER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT ANY REASON.

1.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL COMPANY, ITS PARENT COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS LICENSERS, ITS CONTRACTORS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSE THAT RESULT IN ANY WAY FROM USER'S USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR TO ACCESS COMPANY SITE, OR THE INTERNET OR ANY PART THEREOF, OR USER'S RELIANCE ON OR USE OF INFORMATION, SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OF FILES, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO ALTERATION OF OR USE OF USER'S ACCOUNT, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION.

1.2 DISCLAIMER

1.2.1 USER agree and understand Foreign Exchange and Commodity Trading or any type of investment carries a high risk.  Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Hypothetical trading programs in general are benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Substantial risk is involved.

1.2.2 Forex and Commodity trading has large potential rewards, but also large potential risk. USER must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the Forex markets. Don't trade with money USER can't afford to lose. Nothing in our course or website shall be deemed a solicitation or an offer to Buy/sell futures and/or options. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed on our site. Also, the past performance of any trading methodology is not necessarily indicative of futures results. Day trading involves high risks and USER can lose up to USER entire equity.

1.3 PRIVACY AND USER ACCOUNT

1.3.1 Personal Information: The information COMPANY collect's and USER provides to process order transactions, services or products faster and easier, and is accessible by COMPANY or its authorized affiliates only.  COMPANY or its authorized affiliates DOES NOT SHARE USER INFORMATION WITH OUTSIDE PARTIES.

1.3.2 USER Email Address:  Periodically, company send a newsletter to members on our e-mail list. The newsletter features news about new product offerings and specials.  USER may unsubscribe to any newsletter at any time by accessing USER account or using the link provided in the email, if any.  COMPANY does not like SPAM, and DOES NOT SHARE USER email address WITH OUTSIDE PARTIES.

1.3.3 USER Account: It is USER responsibility to secure account access ID and Password.  Never give out access ID and password to anyone including family for any reason what so ever.  If USER suspect that USER account been accessed by someone else, we recommend to change the account password immediately.  Should USER feel the need to change access ID, contact our support department to request the change.

1.3.4 SECURITY:  COMPANY uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology in order to protect USER personal data while accessing COMPANY site. COMPANY also uses safe guard firewall and daily monitoring, by a third party software to protect site from any suspicious activities and attacks.

1.4 ANALYSIS AND ALERT PERFORMANCE

1.4.1 USER agree and understand that past performance does not constitute of future performance.  Results and performance are to be viewed as hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. Hypothetical trading programs in general are benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Substantial risk is involved.  All results depend on user psychological effect to the market and the usage of such service is limited to USER psychology and time.  This also means there are no guarantee that one applying these methodologies would have the same results as posted due to the spread differences between brokers or other means.  The alert open price, take profit price and stop loss price may vary by broker due to spread.  While USER may have lost a trade by one or two pips from target price, another user may have made a profit because the spread was less than USER brokers spread.

1.4.2 USER agree and understand the contents of this service, publication or any COMPANY publication and services, including verbal or written, does not guarantee that clients will profit from the strategies herein or those losses in connection there within can or be limited.  This is an informative publication for USER education and understanding of the Forex market, and recommends testing any strategies, information, and publication using a demo account rather than a live account, and trades in accordance within the recommendations in analysis.  Using such analysis may result in losses as well as profits.

1.5 TERM OF USE

1.5.1 Copyright and Trademark: COMPANY logo and other marks displayed are the proprietary service marks or trademarks of COMPANY, and may not be used in any type of connection outside COMPANY permission. All other trademarks and service marks that appear on COMPANY site, are not owned by COMPANY and the property of their respective owners. USER may not use, copy, modify or display any of the trademarks, service marks, name or logo appearing on the COMPANY site without the express written permission of the owner thereof.

1.5.2 General Submission: USER agree NOT to upload, post or transmit any information to or from the COMPANY site that;

(a) is defamatory, discriminatory, expresses hate, offend, or threatening manner of any kind, or disrespect other people or their rights, opinion or believe.
(b) is unprofessional, dire words and comments.
(c) is photo, video or image of pornographic or nudity, obscene or exploitative anyone that is USER or not USER, including USER profile photo or image.
(d) is photo, video, or image of any type of graphical scene that is upsetting to general public.
(e) infringes or otherwise violates any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party.
(f) are apps or software containing a virus, worm, spyware, Trojan horse or other contaminating or destructive feature.
(g) constitutes false or misleading market information, analysis or information; or otherwise violates any applicable law or regulation.
(h) is unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam).
(i) is to collect content or information, or otherwise access COMPANY site, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).
(j) is to engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme.

1.5.3 Publication Submission: USER agree that any publication or presentation such as, but not limited to blog, event, wall page, market place, market information, market analysis, financial information, market data pricing, products, chart, services, or any type of contents posted on COMPANY site is at USER own risk.  COMPANY does not endorse any such publication or content.

1.5.4 Violation to Term of Use:  COMPANY has zero tolerance to COMPANY site or other MEMBER'S abuse, and reserve the right to remove any submission that is in violation to the Term of Use (section 1.5) with or without any notice.  COMPANY also reserve the right to block, unsubscribe or delete USER account at anytime, with or without any reason or notice.  If account is a paid subscription,  COMPANY will not issue any refund to USER, and USER is the sole responsible for any COMPANY legal fees thereafter.

1.6 CANCELING THE SERVICE

1.6.1 Paid Subscription or Service: If USER is dissatisfied with the service or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines or practices of COMPANY in operating the Service, USER'S sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service at any time; however, all paid subscription services are pre-paid up to a certain period of time from one day and above.  If USER wish to cancel service before the period ends; COMPANY will not issue any credit for the remaining period.  USER will continue to receive benefits to the last day of period and the canceled service will take effect as of the first day of the new period.  COMPANY value USER opinion and feedback to improving COMPANY products and services.

1.6.2 Free Subscription or Service: If USER is dissatisfied with the service or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines or practices of COMPANY in operating the Service, USER'S sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service at any time; however, COMPANY value USER opinion and feedback to improving COMPANY products and services.

1.7 AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between USER and COMPANY with respect to the service here within and according to the United States of America and State Local governments.  This agreement is subject to change at any time without any notice.
